Empowering women in Jordanian Parliament project, implemented by Karak Castle Center for Consultation and Training in partnership with the Ministry of Political and Parliamentary Affairs, the Jordanian Women Parliamentarians Forum, and with the support of the French Embassy, aims to enhance the leadership, media, and legislative capacities of women parliamentarians in the 20th Jordanian House of Representatives. The project seeks to empower them through capacity building  training programs that build skills and expand knowledge in key areas including advocacy and public engagement.

The project specifically targets women members of the 20th Parliament by delivering focused training sessions designed to strengthen their media engagement skills, develop effective advocacy strategies to build strong networks with stakeholders and civil society, improve their negotiation and persuasion abilities, and provide specialized training in legislative drafting to deepen their understanding of legal and policy frameworks.
